  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kishore Motiwala. Therefore, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and paperwork.
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refund and Exchange Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Refund: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchange: If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you within a reasonable timeframe, subject to product availability. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return upon receiving the item.
